60W LED street light adopts American high power Cree LED to be light source, can be used directly in 100-240V AC. As a new energy-saving light head, it has the features of long life span, high brightness, energy saving, environment friendly, high stability and so on. The light boday uses Aluminum die-casting technology and the matched glisten cup was vacuum-plated aluminum on its appearance. The glisten cup has the advantages of less astigmatism, even brightness, besides, it can beam long distance and has good light efficiency. The reflector adopts good quality toughened glass, all parts uses stainless steel material and can guard against dust, water and rust. The mainly features of our led street is super energy saving, easy installation, wide application etc.. It can be used together with solar panel and wind power, greatly reduce the cost of installation and maintenance and to be the ideal replacement of traditional LED street light. 2.    Product Installation   2.1 Installation of the lamp head and lamp arm   Loosen the lamp head and adjust the bolt, then keep the lamp head at a right angle and screw the bolt tightly. The recommended angle is as below for your reference:            

2.2 Connection with lamp stand     1.       Open the window covered on the lamppost with a special spanner, then keep the wire for power supply from the ￠ 25 hole to the window cover. 2.       Connect one pc of M8X120 bolt with the middle hole, through the lamp, and fix the direction of lamp head 3.       Fix the lamp arm and lamp standard with 4pcs M10X80 bolt equalily.

2.3 Fixup of the lamp

Connect the lamppost with concrete. The recommended size of the concrete base is 1000*600*600 (mm). Bury 4pcs M20*600 (mm) L bolts in the concrete base, and the distance between them is 280*280 (mm) and outside part of the whole should be  70 (mm). At the same time, bury 1pcs power cable ( different numbers of leds need different cables ), the outside power cable length  should be 600 (mm). Finally connect it with M20 nut, spacer sheet and spring, and the bolt should be fixed tightly.

     

2.4 Connection Way for cables Put the power cable to the window cover through the hole at the base of the lamppost, then connect the wire of the lamp head and power cable. All above steps should be done by technicians or professional engineers. Reference picture is as follows:

Attention: 1.       The lamp body must to be connected with the earth. 2.       we suggest the user to add avoiding -thunder device . 3.       All the should be tightened well,under the installation make sure all the connection is fixed enough. 4.       All the installation and maintenance work for the lamp should be done by technicians and professional engineers.

Instructions of optical-control and time-control functions：   1.       At nightfall, the lamp will light up automatically when the lumen is less than 18lux, or it switches off. 2.       The lamp will work at the maxinum power in the beginning 5 hours ,then lower into half of the maxinum power 5 hours later automatically. It can turn off automatically once the lumens is higher than 70 lux. Remark: The lamp will light up in 1mins after power being on. . 3.       The functions of the lamp above can be programmed  according to the request of clients before manfacuturing. Clients can not change after shippment.

Attentions:   1.       Please do not use coarse objects or cleanser to clean the lamp, and the lamp must not be washed with high-press water because it will demage the water protection parts of the crust. 2.       Some parts of the system are unalternatively and no spare parts, and don’t offer the repairement service. If they are damaged, please abandon it.  3.       Once the lamps reach the lifespan, users can connect with relative recycle in local place to talk about the callback solutions. Please keep the callback work well. 4.       The recommended outside temperature is -35℃-40℃ 5.       Please stop lighting if the lamp is broken or the cables have problems with insulance. The lamps should be checked termly. 6.       The lamp should be installed and maintained by techincians.

Indoor and outdoor use available         Warning: 1.       Please do not connect power supply when the light is still in box. 2.       Please do not connect high voltage before the installation, and make sure that the fixture connect the earth. 3.       Change the protection cover completely if it was broken. Pay attention to anti-fire, anti-electricity and anti-shake.       Please kindly read the instructions before installation,and keep it well for your future reference.     Attention: 1.       Caustic or dissolvent chemicals may demage the protection crust. 2.      Normal working temperature : -35℃-40℃, humidity: 0-95%,if overrun the range,it will effect the lifespan of lamp.

  Common failures and solutions:   1.       If the lamp can not light up, please check whether it connects power supply well and whether the switch is on. 2.       If the lamps frequently turn on and off, please check whether the connection between power and lamp is fixed enough.
